  Came by to look at some watches and Simon was beyond helpful and professional. He really took the time to educate me on the different movements and complications of various watches. Extremely knowledgeable and fantastic customer service from him!

  Had the pleasure of meeting Simon recently. Came in briefly to browse, but was pleased to be introduced to a few pieces which I will be returning to purchase. Simon was extremely knowledgeable, warm demeanor and provided great recommendations which suit my needs. Also, fascinating how many languages he spoke!

  I deeply regret not reading the reviews here before visiting this store. I am absolutely appalled that a brand like Bulgari could have such consistently terrible sales associates. My husband purchased a ring for me here. From the very beginning, the sales associate was arrogant and dismissive, and it was painfully obvious that they wanted to get us out of the store as quickly as possible. While I was looking at other items, my husband asked the sales associate if he could open the package that had been prepared for him. The item had been ordered in advance and was already in the box. The sales associate replied, “Yes. There are security cameras everywhere.” My husband did not understand what that was supposed to mean, and as a result, he decided not to open the package. What exactly was the sales associate implying by saying that? The only way we could interpret it was that, because there are security cameras everywhere, he was being treated as though he might do something dishonest or inappropriate. Is this really how Bulgari treats its customers? We are extremely disappointed and offended by this experience. I am even considering returning the ring. The bottom line is this: despite the overwhelming number of complaints about the sales associates, management apparently has failed to properly train its staff and, more importantly, has failed to respond to customer complaints in a sincere and meaningful way. Louis Vuitton has owned Bulgari for more than ten years now, and yet this kind of customer service is still happening. It is frankly shocking to see such poor management and such a lack of accountability from a company of this caliber.

  We just had the best shopping experience at Bvlgari in Midtown with Meiyee! We walked in after being out on a hot day carrying a beach bag—definitely not looking like the typical luxury-jewelry clientele—but we were immediately greeted with the biggest smile. Meiyee made us feel completely comfortable and gave us the opportunity to try on some truly incredible pieces. We ultimately chose the Serpenti bracelet as a wedding anniversary gift, and the wonderful experience made the present feel even more special. When it comes to luxury jewelry, we definitely won’t be sleeping on Bvlgari anymore! We left with a beautiful bracelet, delicious chocolates, and feeling genuinely wonderful because of the kindness we received. Thank you, Meiyee—we’ll see you again soon!

  Worst experience. Don’t feel welcomed to be there as a customer at all. Pls train your sales team on basics.
