  I previously had a very poor experience at another location, which I’ve since learned has closed. Today, however, I received a call from Brandon at the 53rd Street location. He listened carefully, understood my frustration, and recognized how long I’ve been waiting for this specific model. I’ve been told before that someone would take care of me, but I genuinely feel confident that he will — especially with Jane, my client advisor, who has always been welcoming and helpful during my visits to 53rd Street. Not every situation starts off well, but I’m hopeful that with both Brandon and Jane supporting me now, I’ll finally see the result I’ve been working toward for over a year. Thank you.

  Just a total breath of fresh air, I used to buy my timepieces at a 5th avenue location from the competitor but for 6 years now, I only got empty promises and I have to buy other things in order to build a relationship so I bought a lot of things I didn't need just to get the timepiece I really loved. The service at Bucherer is simply amazing, and Yu took the service to a whole new level. Not only she kept her promise to help me, but furthermore while I'm traveling on a business trip internationally, Yu was going way and beyond to assist my son to purchase the watch for me as a birthday gift. Thank you so very much. Within 12 Month I received the timepieces I love, compared to empty promises on 5th avenue. This is a huge thank you to Yu and I value you a lot. And thank you for the delicious chocolate. 🤗❤️💪🏻👍🏻

  Jing is amazing! We got connected with her through our SA at Vancleef who recommended her and this business. He was so right, this place is so beautiful and professional and we got the Rolex we have been searching for backed by an amazing representative who is going to be a shopping buddy for years to come!
