  Walked in for the first time to inquire about a very specific piece to commemorate the confluence of a few major events in my life. Obviously had done a fair bit of research already and knew the wait times would be long, especially for a first-time customer. I had also read about poor experiences with certain ADs towards a newbie like myself. However, after being helped by Marielis, I feel like this is the outlet I would like to deal with going forward and would recommend to my friends also. Marielis was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional in her approach to someone who had literally just walked into the store. I am happy to commit to the waiting list for my watch and hope to build a rapport with Marielis and the team through the process. Highly recommend.

  I had a really pleasant experience at Bucherer and wanted to thank Chloe for making the process feel comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. To be honest, the internet had me expecting that if you weren’t already a high-value client, you’d feel ignored or pressured walking into a luxury watch store. That was not my experience at all. Chloe was patient, professional, approachable, and made the entire visit enjoyable without ever making me feel uncomfortable or pressured. It was refreshing to have such a positive and genuine experience, and I truly appreciated the time and attention. Thank you again, Chloe!

  Came in waited around. No one ever greeted me. 15-20 mins sat there waited nothing. Back to watches of Switzerland. If it wasn’t for Brandon I wouldn’t come in

  Last month, I traveled to Arizona for a training, flying in from Panama. While I was there, I took the opportunity to make a quick trip to Manhattan and visit Bucherer New York. As always, Alana took great care of us and provided an exceptional experience. She walked us through current brand trends and shared the stories behind some of the pieces, giving us a much deeper understanding of what each one represents. During the visit, Brandon also stopped by to say hello—always with a smile—and together they made us feel right at home. I also took the chance to have a piece I purchased last year professionally cleaned. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
