Stephen Longoria and Carlos Ramirez have been wonderful to work with. Both are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient, and they give genuinely useful advice on fit, sizing, colors and how different pieces work together. I particularly appreciate that their recommendations feel considered and personal rather than simply focused on making a sale. Carlos and Stephen have also been outstanding with their follow-up after my visits, including helping resolve an issue with an order and making sure I was taken care of afterward. That level of attention and service is increasingly rare and makes a real difference. I’ve been particularly impressed with Bonobos’ blazers, sweater polos, chinos and trousers — polished and contemporary while still being comfortable and versatile. A terrific shopping experience overall. Many thanks to Stephen and Carlos for consistently making the Madison Avenue store such a pleasure to visit. Highly recommended.
