- CCCory CMay 10, 20265.0I have had two terrific experiences at this location. Once about a year ago and once last week. The store is very calm, clean, and organized which make smooth experience. The thing that makes this store stand above others is the service. The service by the team, in particular Jacob is always top notch here. He was able walk me through Bonobos' mission, style, and sizing. Both times I have had him, he has been super knowledgeable in the intricacies of Bonobos' style / fitting as well as the modern trends. He knew everything and anticipated my questions and concerns before I had them. I think the thing that was really impactful was he was not pushy at all. While he was able to help inspire outfits, he did not make me feel pressured to by anything that day (though I did later online). I couldn't recommend coming in to this location enough, it has been the best custom shopping experience I have had from any clothing store.
