  This is my first time being at this location and I have been racially profiled. I had my child with me, and I was being harassed by the Stock Operation Manager. The manager was extremely inappropriate and tried to flirt with me.

  We had a great experience visiting this location today. Kobe was such a vibe! Intelligent, intuitive, friendly, knowledgeable … he’s def a terrific ambassador for the brand and location. The styles were whimsical and fun. Def worth stopping in!

  Balenciaga at SoHo: Loved the customer service. Erick helped me in buying a piece and also helped recommending very similar clothes to what I was looking for. Friendly and nice store.
