  We had the best experience! Shawnee was amazing and made sure I got to try on every bag I liked and made us feel very comfortable! He was super nice to talk to and just made the entire experience special for my birthday. Definitely ask for him if you visit the store!

  I reserved a bag online and within a few minutes Eric reached out to set up an appointment so I can come see it in the store. Upon arrival his customer service was excellent and he provided different options for me. Had a wonderful luxury shopping experience at this store, thank you!!

  This is my first time being at this location and I have been racially profiled. I had my child with me, and I was being harassed by the Stock Operation Manager. The manager was extremely inappropriate and tried to flirt with me.
