  The operational manager Derek and sales associate Sydney are awesome. They are Professional and easy to talk to. Cater to all the things we need at the store. He’s very attentive and awesome. You should look for them and u will not be disappointed.

  Be very careful if you purchase their suede leather bags. I loved this bag but for something that costs so much, I was never told that it’s extremely sensitive to water and not at all waterproof. I wore mine out for the first time, and it unexpectedly started drizzling 🌧️. A few raindrops landed on the bag, leaving visible water spots. I assumed they’d fade after a few days, but they never did. I brought the bag back to the store, hoping they could help. Instead, this male Asian sales associate simply said, “Well, don’t wear it in the rain next time.” That response made me feel completely helpless. Of course I wouldn’t intentionally take such an expensive suede bag out in the rain, sometimes the weather changes unexpectedly. I left the store feeling so disappointed and ended up paying another $250 to have the bag professionally restored. If you’re buying one of their suede bags, make sure you understand how delicate it is before making the purchase.
