  Love Balenciaga, we were visiting and wanted to see the store. The customer service was incredible, and there was a very nice and knowledgeable black guy helping me (I don’t remember his name.) He talked to me about the brand while I was shopping, and helped me with trying on. He even let me try on a pair of pants that Balenciaga doesn’t even make anymore! Love Balenciaga and the next time i’m in NY, I will be coming back.

  I love the brand, and this store and its associates were fantastic. Service was immediate, cordial, and our associate Sasha was very knowledgeable and sociable. The store is so clean, great layout, and overall a great experience. You can ignore the bad review of people not knowing how to try on shoes, or not liking the quality. You get full reign to try all of it on and walk the store with it. If you buy something you didn’t really like that’s on you.
