  not to good at all he gave me the round around was not honest about the watches I purchase took me 3 watches to finally get one that worked properly from this point forward I will deal only with Dallas Texas store Legacy they are the best.TC was my salesman not cool at allI bought well over 10 to 12 watches from them again if you want a watch from analog shift I advise you go thru Watch of Switzerland Legacy store in Dallas Texas or Aventura store in Florida great personnel there.skip New York since Josh left downhill from there trust me again spent tens of thousands dollars with this company last few deals was awful.

  Big shout out to TC and Team analog shift. Highly Responsive and answered all of my questions. Look forward to receiving my watch and working with them in the future.

  Cool place. They, TC, received me without an appointment, coffee or water and cool setting. After visiting I went home and wrote asking if they could send me a watch I wanted for my wife. They did, unfortunately my wife didn’t care for the watch so I returned it. They have a 10 day return policy. They sent me a FedEx label at their expense and off it went. Pending credit to my credit card which should be processed in a day or two.

  Purchased via e-mail and viewed watches on the store’s website. Second purchase, but I am unlikely to continue to patronize the store. The straps are not worth even putting on the watches, and the person with whom I was working (both purchases) has now ghosted me. But they certainly have some interesting items. Unfortunately, I did contact the company as directed by its response. I have heard nothing from the organization: ghosted again.

  I just purchased another vintage timepiece. TC knew what I was looking for and called me as soon as he found it. He, and the entire Analog Shift team, is always great to work with!
