This location is amazing, way better than the one close to my house. I was helped by Camilla in offline who encouraged me to get a store card and I ended up saving a ton of money. I believe she was a manager which explains the terrific service. I’d rather travel a whole hour here to get good customer experience rather than the one near me

I don’t understand all the bad reviews? I come here all the time and this store is incredible! I always get helped and treated with respect.

Just wanna give a shout out to Kami!! She helped me in “Offline” today and I found the perfect set for working out. The store also has great discounts and provides good service in both Aerie and Eagle. Thanks to Kami I will definitely be visiting again!

Customer service was not up to par. Visited the store on May 4 at around 7:30pm. Made the mistake of asking a male associate (Asian male) for help of where female shorts were and he pointed to places then said “I’m sorry I can’t help much more.“ Then focuses on folding. Is folding more important than making sales? Or at least asking another associate for assistance. He did not even tell me the difference between the shorts he pointed out. I wasted my time walking around the store some more. Don’t spend your money somewhere you’re not valued as a customer. Definitely influenced me not wanting to buy anything. You walk around an empty store and nobody asks if you need help. You only get greeted when you enter and leave. The Aerie workers are more easy-going and friendly. However, as a sales associate you should be at least asking what kind or shorts and know the differences between them and their location. Do better.
