  The worst experience. I went to pick up an online order, and the associate who helped me was rude. She told me the order wasn’t ready and that I should walk around the store. When I left the store with the bag, the alarm went off which can happen but the staff’s reaction was intimidating and suffocating. Everyone stared at me like I had done something wrong. The cashier ran after me to the door, clearly annoyed, took my items out, removed all the packaging, and shoved them back into the bag as if it were a trash bin. The clothes were left unfolded mixed and without their original packaging. I told her how uncomfortable I felt, especially since all the associates kept staring at me after all of this, but she just handed me the bag back and said, that always happens, I was expecting an apology at least.

  False promo. They had written buy 1 and get 50% discount, however at the moment of the checkout the discount was different. I ended up leaving most of my selected items and took 1 pair of Jean's. Which by the way smell like heavy camphor. It's really tedious, I've washed them 3 times already and the smell would not go away.

  I came to this location yesterday in desperate need of activewear and Kaylee on the 3rd floor helped me so much! She was so sweet and knowledgeable about Offline and gave me great advice on the best colors for my skin tone and best pieces for my various activities. Best Aerie I’ve ever been to THANK YOU KAYLEE
