  Aerie leggings nail the snatched look better than Alo or Lulu. There, I said it. Placed my order online from London. Picked up my order a few days later in New York visiting for the World Cup. Huge store, friendly staff, would be back for more colors.

  I came opening time 10 am on thurs morning to get new shirts for a upcoming trip, downstairs men dept , I think his name was Andre was a incredible help to me. He recommended certain products and took time out to help. Thank you

  Staff was amazing! Special shout out to Skylar who helped me pick out new workout gear and made me feel confident picking out leggings (I never wear leggings so I really didn’t know what to”fit”) thank you!

  Customer service here was unbelievably dismissive for absolutely no reason. • Red-haired cashier acted annoyed the entire interaction. No greeting, now hi how are you, no basic politeness, nothing. • The register froze while I was entering my email, when I pointed it out, I got snappy: “Give me a minute!” • The biggest issue: I specifically checked AE return terms beforehand regarding the store credit card. The purchase was already linked to my account and receipt/order history existed. Many retailers (Target, Sephora, Zara, etc.) simply refund back to the original payment method digitally. • When I mentioned that, instead of explaining the policy professionally and apologizing for inconvenience, she responded with attitude: “We are not Sephora.” No professionalism, no courtesy, just attitude from beginning to end.

  We were so happy with the service we received while shopping at this store. We’ve been loyal American Eagle customers for years, mostly shopping online, so it had been a while since we visited a physical store. I’d like to commend Melany for her five-star customer service. She went above and beyond to assist us, helping us find everything we needed and even taking extra effort to locate the specific pants I was looking for. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire shopping experience. Would highly recommend this store!
