  I had a great experience at Alo today. I was feeling a little overwhelmed trying to find a specific piece, and Carleny was kind enough to take some time to help me, even though she was very busy. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly patient, and continued to check in on me throughout my visit all the way until I was checking out.

  Recently I visited this store and was initially a little hesitant to shop here because of some of the customer service reviews I had seen. But thankfully, my experience completely different when I met Daniela. She, was attentive, and genuinely made me feel comfortable. It was actually my first time shopping at Alo, and I was there looking for a birthday gift for my sister, who is a huge Alo fan and has always wanted a pair of sweatpants and a quarter zip. Daniela took her time out of her way and made sure to get me the size I was looking for and walk me over around the store even though there was foot traffic but the experience was so much better and helped make what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a really positive one. I truly appreciate the kindness and effort she showed me. Employees like Daniela make a difference and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I will definitely be coming back here to shop for my self.

  I love it ❤️and the staff are so helpful ❤️very organized and very fast through it was so crowded but everything went so smooth. It was my first time in Alo ❤️

  I just left this location and I have to say the staff here are amazing! I was shopping for my daughter’s birthday outfit and Jennifer was exceptional. I came in the store with one outfit in mind and they did not have the skirt in stock so Jennifer helped me with numerous options. Even though I was very indecisive at this moment she still was overly professional and patient with me! At times I felt Like I was asking to much with all the different sizes I wanted to see but Jennifer reassured me it was ok and because of staff like her I definitely will recommend this location to others and I will be back soon. Keep up the great work team!!!!

  I had a really great experience at Alo, and I want to give a special shoutout to Rico. He was working at the front of the store and was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I came in. He took the time to help me find the right pair of sunglasses and made sure I was happy with my choice before purchasing them. Rico provided excellent customer service and genuinely made me feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s always nice to come across someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and actually enjoys helping customers. He definitely made my shopping experience better, and I really appreciate the way he assisted me. Alo has a great employee in Rico, and I hope his hard work and great customer service are recognized. I would definitely shop there again!
