  Honestly after being a member of the pro program for 5 years, I had renewed my application after waiting 5 months for it to open in September 2025, this is an annual thing - only to find out that I was off of it again in March of 2026 ( make it make sense , it hasn’t been a year ) . I went in to purchase something and the manager was super rude , in telling me that I’m off of it and need to reapply , but the tone and the “ I don’t care about you “ was absurd. I ended up not purchasing anything , and told her that I was a member at Vuori, and Lululemon who have been above and beyond in how they deal with their loyalty instructors , she was like not my problem go buy there. I sent an email to Alo yoga headquarters telling me I need to reapply but the application is still closed. I mean this is ridiculous, either honour your yearly access to the Pro Pogram or don’t do it. For me to go in and check everytime if the application is open and to be removed from it less than a year back into it , truly not worth it, not shopping there anymore, it’s a shame I used to refer all my clients to Alo, will make sure they are at Vuori and Lululemon. Cannot stress enough how important customer service is. I have spent so much at Alo Yoga , but honestly you have lost a customer , not worth the trouble anymore. It would also be nice to educate your team to good manners.

  Impressionante, o mal humor dos funcionários e atendentes… trabalham com ódio… teve uma atendente que tudo que eu perguntava falava que não tinha… tive de perguntar a outras para conseguir a numeração que eu queria… Gosto do material das roupas e do caimento… mas certamente uma loja que não se preocupa com os funcionários e, consequentemente, com os clientes…
