    If I could, I wouldn't even give a single star. It was a terrible experience. My sister bought a piece of clothing at this store as a gift for a friend, but the friend didn't like it, so my sister exchanged it for a dress and paid an extra $20 to cover the price difference. Her friend didn't like that either, so we decided to just return it. We don't live in the area—it takes an hour to get here—so we came to the store today to process the return. They refunded $20 in cash and told us the remaining $68 would be refunded to the card used for the purchase. Since my sister had stayed outside waiting for us, we went out after the return to tell her that $20 was refunded in cash and the rest would go back to the card. However, she insisted that she had paid entirely in cash and hadn't used a credit card. Thinking she might be mistaken, we asked her to double-check, but she was certain it was cash. We went back inside to explain the situation to the front desk staff, but they kept insisting the remainder would be refunded to our card. We clearly stated that we hadn't used a credit card at all, so we asked where the money was supposed to go. We told them we had just processed the return and asked them to look up the receipt to see which card was listed, but they claimed they couldn't do that and told us to call customer service instead. We pointed out that it would be impossible to explain the issue to customer service without a receipt or transaction number, but they didn't know what to do either. Eventually, they asked us to enter our email or phone number to look up the transaction. We entered the phone number and found the account registered with the company; it showed the $88 payment was made entirely in cash—there was absolutely no record of a credit card. Only then did they refund the remaining balance to us. We were furious. What kind of service is that from the front desk and cashier? We felt so helpless at the time. We had never encountered a situation like this; obviously, if we had paid by credit card, the refund would go back to the card, but we kept telling them it was a cash payment, yet they insisted it was a split payment of half cash and half credit card.

    Lady with curly hair that checked out my items was rude. I bought 5-6 items and she squeezed all of it in one tiny bag. She slammed the bag on the counter when she handed it to me. Decided to just return all that I’ve bought because of her nasty attitude. Only reason why I’m giving this store two stars is because the guy who did my return was actually nice and professional. Please train your staff better on customer service. Can’t expect people to drop bread but give horrible service.

    Really should train their cashiers on how to properly greet customers but apparently everyone else has issues with the customer service at this location so my experience was right on brand.

    As soon as my friend and I stepped foot into this establishment, the security automatically told us that there was no bathroom? There was no reason for this what so ever, this was definitely racial profiling.

    DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I bought a pair of sneakers, but inside the box, there were two right-foot shoes in different sizes. Today was the last day of my trip, and I had to completely change my schedule just to come back for an exchange. Despite this, there was absolutely no apology or compensation whatsoever. The way they handled this and their customer service was dreadful. Especially the cashier, Emily—her service was the absolute worst. She should be fired. I am beyond disappointed. 최악이니까 절대 절대 오지마세요 스니커즈 샀는데 박스에 다른 사이즈의 오른쪽 신발 두켤레가 들어있었습니다 여행의 마지막날에 일정을 바꿔가면서 exchange를 하러왔는데 전혀 사과나 보상은 없었습니다 최악의 일 처리와 응대였습니다 특히 cashier에 있던 Emily라는 분 최악의 서비스입니다 잘라야합니다 너무너무 실망이에요
