  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Dariana, she was extremely patient and attentive with us when we came shopping. She helped my sister and I pick out a great mother’s day gift.

  Terrible customer service. I came in to find a bra which I called before hand to make sure they had and was told they do just to find out after my hour subway that it was never in stock. I then ordered a bunch of stuff from the anniversary sale which was supposed to be ready for pick up same day and I took another hour subway to go get it just to be told it was not ready even though the store closes in an hour. I then asked if I could switch it to be shipped to me as I don’t live close and they said they “didn’t know how to do that” . Overall disappointing.

  Completely agree with many of the reviews regarding terrible customer service in this store. Staff should be more welcoming and pleasant to customers who are potentially bringing in revenues. Instead staff make customers feel like we are bothering them and we are such a hassle. Will not be back again.
