  Interacted with two staff members. One was super nice and helpful, one was MEH. They have two restrooms on the 2nd floor, one is W one is M. Neither one has ‘Employee Only’ or ‘Out of Service’ sign on, both are locked. While the nice staff was looking for the top we want, I asked the other staff ‘May I use the restroom?’ They responded with ‘Starbucks is at the end of the block’. Later I asked the nice staff and they responded with ‘I’m sorry, both are broken. Something wrong with the pipe(/or whatever I can’t remember).’ You can either have an ‘out of service’ or ‘employee only’ sign on and I will totally understand and respect it, and appreciate the answer I got from the kind staff. The 1st staff response is giving ‘MEAN’ which I think very unnecessary. Shout out to the person who brought out all the colors of the size of the top that we were looking for❤️🙌🏻.Bless the other person’s heart🙏🏻🙂.

  At the Alo store in Soho, special mention to the young man at the checkout — you could almost have thought he owned the store. Quite an impressive level of arrogance for someone whose job is to welcome customers. The young woman working in the fitting room, on the other hand, was helpful and lovely.

  The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when it came to finding styles and sizes that weren’t available on the racks. I’ve only ever purchased Alo online as we don’t have a store in my city, so I was excited to try on quite a few different pieces. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the staff were incredibly patient and accommodating. Such a great shopping experience and very happy with my purchases today!

  I love the brand and the staff was okay, but lighting in the dressing rooms are the most unflattering light I’ve ever seen. The brightest lights shining only on you directly from above.. I don’t understand this at all!! Doesn’t help sales for sure. It made me not want to buy anything
