The clothes felt comfortable and had a great silhouette, so I decided to buy them. The staff’s customer service wasn’t very impressive, but maybe that’s just how it is. They seemed so busy that they probably didn’t have the time or space to treat each customer with care.

Had an issue with a women's gift that I purchased. Walked into the 5th Avenue Alo. Met the store manager by the name of Tee. She was professional, sharp and resolved the issue in record time. Satisfied customer.

I had bought some items in July. I returned 2 items in store almost totaling $300. It was refunded to an account that did not belong to me. Up to this day it has not been resolved so all in all I paid for items I no longer have. Very disappointing.

Politesse inexistante pour ne pas dire extrêmement désagréable ou hautaine de la part de la vendeuse qui m’a encaissé. Pas un seul regard, pas un bonjour ni un au revoir (le strict minimum). Décevant

Very well put together store, lots of staff members on hand to help. Dressing rooms were downstairs and checkout was upstairs.
