  Very well put together store, lots of staff members on hand to help. Dressing rooms were downstairs and checkout was upstairs.

  After being out of the country for a month, I hoped that the store manager would be able to make an exception for the utterly ridiculous return policy and let me return a gift for my daughter for store credit. Boy was I wrong. The manager was zero help, even when I told her that I was planning on spending more than the store credit. The staff was rude and dismissive and made me not only not want to come to this store again, but never shop at this brand.

  The customer service team was unprofessional and rude. The audacity to snatch an item out of my hand when it didn’t work out for me in the fitting room. That same person was curt with me while directing me into the fitting room, so I would’ve avoided her and put the item on a return rack if there was one, but there wasn’t. Seems my negative experience isn’t an isolated incident... I would recommend the Lululemon across the street for a more helpful experience

  I’ve been to this store several times and it’s just an ok experience. The sales associates- some of them try to be helpful. The manager I think she’s the lady with blonde hair maybe medium /large build, she’s not helpful. Like one of the associates was helping me find an item today and she approaches him and tells him to help at the desk and so what about me? He was helping me find something. She didn’t offer to help or have someone else help… I mean common- where’s the customer service? I just feel like they are lacking in basic customer service and professionalism. Always in a rush mode. No time to engage and help the customer and I’m usually not one to ask for help. But I needed to find an item for an even exchange. But the sales associate today was helpful until he got pulled away to go to the desk.

  Very disappointing first experience with Alo Yoga. I placed an in-store pickup order on May 8 because I was visiting New York from Brazil and needed to collect it before returning home. As of today, May 22, there has not even been a single update on my order status. I purchased the item based on the estimated pickup timeframe provided by Alo, but the item was never made available. Customer service initially offered store credit as a solution, but this was later denied. Their final response was simply that I should wait for the item to arrive or leave it uncollected and eventually receive a refund. Today is my last day in New York, so neither option solves the problem caused by their delay. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this was my first purchase from Alo and it has been a very negative experience.
