We were greeted one of the staff (Tamara), and assisted us with size clothing we requested. In fact, we all have the size that we wanted. Moreover, the fitting room was organized and cleaned. Also pet friendly, I saw a person shopping with his shih tzu. And I believe that ALO store has a lot to offer.

Over €1,000 Not Refunded – Extremely Disappointed (Order #31310034)
I am extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga.
According to DHL Express tracking, my returns were successfully delivered to the seller on December 15, 2025. The tracking numbers are:

2145393935 (DHL Express)
Despite confirmed delivery, I have not received a full refund to this day – the total amount in question is over €1,000.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was provided with two return labels and properly shipped both packages back. However, only one item from the two packages was processed and refunded. The remaining items were apparently misallocated internally, which has resulted in complete confusion.
I currently have neither the merchandise nor my money.
For weeks, I have been in contact with customer service, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution. Instead of support, this situation has caused nothing but stress and unnecessary effort on my part as a customer.
Initially, I was truly impressed with the brand – the quality and image were convincing. However, the way this return has been handled is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high order value.
At this point, I can only advise customers in Germany to be cautious when ordering, as in case of a return, you may end up waiting weeks for your refund.

I just visited the Hudson Yards location and had a very disappointing experience.
I came in with a great mood and made purchases, including items intended as gifts for friends. The bag I received had order information attached to it, making it unsuitable for gifting, so I politely asked for an extra shopping bag.
When I approached the employee at the register and repeated my request, he did not acknowledge me at all — no greeting, no eye contact. After a while, he coldly said that bags are not provided for free and that I would need to make an additional purchase.
I am a regular customer and spend a significant amount of money at this store. Despite that, I received no basic courtesy, no friendliness, and no respect. The employee was aggressive and visibly irritated, refused to give his name, and then followed me around the store, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
Later, I found out that he is actually the store manager and his name is Elon. After this incident, I genuinely feel uncomfortable and even scared to return to this location.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that promotes health, wellness, and positive values. Customer service and basic human respect cost nothing — unfortunately, neither was present here.

I went to 2 different stores before I decided to call this location to see if an outfit I wanted was in stock. The rep Tati, went above & beyond to not only make sure the outfit was in the actual store, but also put it on hold for me: thank you girla! I’ll be picking up my items tomorrow.

First online experience was terrible. I had one order cancelled. Bought again and UPS was terrible regarding the delivery. I work all day and nobody was home but even with the door code informed on their website, they tried to deliver 4 times and at last the held my package in an UPS location which took me a long time to pick it up. I will never buy online again unless it is for pick up in store. So disappointed.
