We were greeted one of the staff (Tamara), and assisted us with size clothing we requested. In fact, we all have the size that we wanted. Moreover, the fitting room was organized and cleaned. Also pet friendly, I saw a person shopping with his shih tzu. And I believe that ALO store has a lot to offer.

I went to 2 different stores before I decided to call this location to see if an outfit I wanted was in stock. The rep Tati, went above & beyond to not only make sure the outfit was in the actual store, but also put it on hold for me: thank you girla! I’ll be picking up my items tomorrow.

First online experience was terrible. I had one order cancelled. Bought again and UPS was terrible regarding the delivery. I work all day and nobody was home but even with the door code informed on their website, they tried to deliver 4 times and at last the held my package in an UPS location which took me a long time to pick it up. I will never buy online again unless it is for pick up in store. So disappointed.

We had a great experience. Huge shout out to Laisha for going over and beyond and making everything smooth for us. Alo should be happy she’s on their team.

We went with my family to that building and we went to that store. The staff was disrespectful. We had bought some things in other stores. One of the girls who works there dared to put her hands in the bag we were carrying to see if we weren't stealing and called security. We just wanted to buy some things that we liked. If the staff does not know how to work in customer service, it is better that they receive training or leave that store. Good product, terrible service.
