- JMJessica MartinezJun 3, 20265.0My spouse and I were walking up 125th Street toward 8th Avenue when we noticed a huge sign outside Edible Arrangements advertising their Summer Fruit Cup for just $4 plus tax. It sounded like a healthy, refreshing snack especially when I’m trying to keep the weight down. This sunny day just made it easier to eat. We went inside, and it took no time at all to get our order since the fruit cups were already chilled and waiting in the refrigerator for customers. I love cold fruit, so that was a big plus! Every piece of fruit was fresh, sweet, and delicious. It was the perfect refreshing treat, definitely worth every dollar. I would happily buy one again

Instead, the delivery was significantly delayed, and by the time the driver called, my mother’s church had already closed. What made the situation worse was that the driver yelled at me when I explained that the church was closed. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of coordination, poor customer service, and disappointing delivery experience reflect very poorly on this location. I will not be purchasing from Edible Arrangements again, and I will be sharing my experience on social media so others are aware of the level of service I received.

Should have known better than to trust 125th of all locations. Called 10 times and not one call answered. UberEats and LOCAL FLORIST, came in clutch This was my very first order with edible arrangements and needless to say… never the hell again. Update: not Amber calling me at 6:30 telling me my order has been ready since 11. So yall wait 7.5 hours to contact customers?!
