My take of woe starts in March 2026, when DHL and USPS lost my package, which was supposed to be delivered to my home in the Bronx. I was subsequently refunded. To prevent another mishap (I thought!), I placed a new order which was to be picked up the Calzedonia location at 97 5th Ave, New York, NY 10003 (Union Square). It was confirmed delivered by Amazon Shipping, so I went to pick it up. Unbeknownst to me, there is a small, residential apartment building at the very same address. The store staff told me that Amazon misdelivers packages all the time, and there is nothing to be done but contact customer service. The TL, DR: 1) either take your chances with DHL/USPS and have your ordered delivered to your home 2) have your order delivered to an address that is ONLY used by a Calzedonia so there is no confusion 3) save yourself the aggravation and order your socks elsewhere.
