  Terrible experience, lousy service. I live 3 mins away from the shop and ordered flowers for my wife's birthday at 11AM (while I was at work in NYC.) I called several times during the day to confirm delivery, and by 4PM the flowers still hadn't been delivered. Wouldn't use them again. As a follow-up, they also didn't add a little bag of flower food powder to a $230 bouquet! And the flowers weren't fresh; the roses wilted quickly and I had to throw the bouquet away after only a few days.

  Horrible customer service. I literally went in there to purchases 3 dozen roses and have them placed in a box. The first discrepancy involved the pricing on the box which she initially said was $10 which turned out to be $35. I chalked that up to a language barrier. I literally asked for the flowers to be taken across the street and left with the doorman when they were completed. The price for the arrangement was around $250, I explained i had no issue with being charged a delivery fee but I needed them taken across the street. She told me she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have a driver 🤨. I thought I misunderstood at first but she repeated it and I asked was she serious and she said yes.   They were fantastic! Above and beyond when I got the address wrong. Friendly lovely staff and fantastic flowers!!!
