  Amazing service-went the extra mile for me and I am so grateful. A beautiful birthday bouquet and chocolates were delivered to my aunt, despite my poor directions - it meant such a lot to my aunt and to me, sincere thanks to everyone at Enchanted Flowers, especially Natalie.

  My experience with this floral shop was terrible, and I would not recommend them. I purchase flowers very often, and my aunt has been in a cancer hospital for over six months, so I am very familiar with ordering arrangements from local florists and third party flower services. I am not talking about ordering once in a while either. I order flowers multiple times every month. This arrangement was for her discharge, and I even paid for the premium upgrade, which was supposed to make the arrangement fuller than the standard version shown online. What I received was honestly sloppy, ugly, and nowhere near what was advertised. The arrangement was much smaller, less full, and poorly put together. The vase was completely different, the colors were off, there was way too much greenery, and the flowers looked sparse compared to the picture. I paid extra for the premium version, so I expected something even fuller than the standard photo, not something noticeably smaller than it. I attached the pictures so people can judge for themselves. I contacted the third party company I ordered through and sent them the exact same photos. After reviewing everything, they issued me a full refund because what I received was not what I ordered. What really made the situation worse was the customer service afterward. Instead of handling the issue with the third party company or contacting me, the person who actually placed the order, this florist repeatedly called the recipient of the flowers, my aunt, who is sick and hospitalized, demanding that the flowers be returned. They called more than four times, even after she explained that she was speaking with doctors, and they continued to contact her. She had nothing to do with the order, the complaint, or the refund. She was simply receiving flowers as a gift. That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Any issue with the refund should have been handled with the third party company or with me directly. Repeatedly calling a sick recipient over flowers she did not even order is unacceptable. What also made this even more frustrating is that I brought these flowers all the way down to her at Memorial Sloan Kettering in Manhattan and was so disappointed by how small and underwhelming they looked that I had to stop and buy another arrangement before going in. The whole reason I ordered this arrangement ahead of time was because flowers in Manhattan are more expensive, and I thought I could save a little money while still getting something beautiful. Instead, I ended up spending money on this arrangement and then spending even more money on another one anyway. That has never happened to me before, and again, I order flowers multiple times every month. I understand substitutions happen, but this was not just a substitution. I paid for a specific arrangement, paid extra for the premium version, and received something much smaller, sloppier, and less attractive than what was shown online. They also told me they could not make the arrangement fuller because they only receive about $50 from the third party company. That has absolutely nothing to do with me as the consumer. If that is what they agreed to accept from the platform, that is an issue between those two businesses. It does not justify sending a customer an arrangement that looks significantly below what was advertised, especially when the customer paid extra for a premium version. And quite frankly, what I received did not look like a $50 arrangement either. So not only did I waste money on an arrangement that looked nothing like what I paid for, I had to waste additional money buying another one in Manhattan just so I would not show up with such a small, disappointing bouquet. That is what I get for trying to save a pretty penny. I would not order from this florist again, and I would be especially cautious if ordering through a third party service.
