  Rachel at the J. Crew location in Lake success was so extremely helpful and really went above and behind to help me find sizes and made great suggestions. I will not hesitate to shop at this store whenever I get a chance since she was awesome!

  Absolutely amazing experience shopping here. We came in about ten minutes from closing without realizing it. But, even with that timing issue on our part , Rachel was so patient with us and even helped us search for sizes and different pieces to make our shopping experience so much more efficient ! We came back the next day , and Shannon and Vince were also incredibly kind and so helpful as-well! Definitely will be back to shop here again and again!

  This Factory store feels like shopping at a Madison Avenue boutique. The merchandise standards are impeccable and the styling is inspiring. This store is a gem on the Nassau /Queens border. Shout-out to the team who is very helpful and welcoming everytime I visit.

  J.Crew Factory just opened in our neighborhood and I’m so excited! The store is beautiful, well organized, and the team was super friendly. Can’t wait to shop here all the time! Best choices for holiday season
