- WFWilliam FranchellMar 19, 20262.0Boots are poor quality for the price. After three months of use the glue has delaminated causing the sole to separate. Comfortable but not the quality that they once were.
- ATAkiva TalanskyFeb 15, 20261.0The workers here are incompetent. They failed to remove the alarm device from the gloves that my mom purchased. We noticed this later and came from 50 miles away. Guess I have to wait until the next time we drive all the way to Albany.
- MWMartha WinslowDec 31, 20255.0Great products! Have bought many clothes and home goods from LL Bean over 5 decades. Quality made, great customer service. Microfleece blankets are just the right color and will wash and dry quickly as needed. Wish they'd come maybe in a couple other plaid or checked colors for same price for guest rooms.
- YBYaboi BunnieNov 15, 20251.0Just came from there as a (black man) and was followed around the store the entire time so sad ! Talked to a manager “Judy” about it ! Very rude ! Told her how I felt about it and she didn’t want to hear it! If u are black don’t even waste your time here !
