  Beautiful store, particularly the display scheme. I love the flow around the store and the fact it's easy to find what you're looking for. Mandee helped us and was knowledgeable and personable and helped me find the right sizes.

  Their warranty was their calling gone now tossed to the wayside including anything you may have bought before their policy change. Always overpriced but you had comfort in knowing you were covered. Now less than 10% is even US made. Patagonia and Eddie Bauer are the choices now for a warranty that matters to the wallet Ai says. Aggresive expansion seems to be their mission now not their core base obviously. God the money we spent there for our family and even friends through their catalogue. What to say except HEllO Eddie Bauer !!!!

  Boots are poor quality for the price. After three months of use the glue has delaminated causing the sole to separate. Comfortable but not the quality that they once were.

  Great products! Have bought many clothes and home goods from LL Bean over 5 decades. Quality made, great customer service. Microfleece blankets are just the right color and will wash and dry quickly as needed. Wish they'd come maybe in a couple other plaid or checked colors for same price for guest rooms.
