- MAmezu agwuJun 13, 20265.0I went into DXL because I’m starting a new chapter in my life and needed some new clothes. As soon as I walked in, Gina greeted me and immediately made me feel welcome. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, helped me pick out outfits, brought different sizes for me to try on, and made sure I found pieces that fit both my style and needs. This was truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Gina went above and beyond, and because of her help, I walked out feeling confident and prepared for the journey ahead. Thank you so much, Gina, for everything you’ve done. You made this experience unforgettable!
