  Horrible costumer service. Got my whole order wrong. Twice! And even found hair in 2 separate orders smh

  I have been ordering from the Medford location for a while. We have had our ups and downs, but recently I have seen so much improvement not only from the staff but from the management team. Especially Farooq very young smart talented and great sales man. Shahab is the owner he is very respectful and gives great discounts. Also which is so cool is the cold call! Reminding me about my purchases I made last year because I do place many birthday orders and anniversary order. I am getting old and I forgot things so find it as a sweet gesture to do. Overall I haven’t been this pleased in a while. I’m thankful for the value you put to your customers means a lot.

  The new manager is awesome!!! I was very pleased with my edible arrangements order!!! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond in their service!!! They staff is helpful and friendly!!! They always get my order perfect!!!

  Don’t even bother to order here. I ordered from this place for Mother’s Day surprise through phone. The place was very close to this shop so I chose to have it here which was the worst decision ever. I just called today 5.11.18 the day before the delivery to confirm everything since I did not receive the confirmation email nor text which I normally get. This Indian guy-I am assuming his the manager or the owner of this place which is a shame, giving me a very nasty attitude and kept putting me on hold without even saying any. When I called back after putting me an hold for several times he THREATENED THAT HE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND THE ORDER THAT I MADE IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM AT ALL and he will make it refund then again hung up on me. I called back to apologize which I still do not know what I have done but I could not ruin this gift for my mom. I called corporate office and complained because this was unacceptable customer service. I am also in the customer service industry and this is not how you run the business. I understand it is a very busy shop but all I wanted/needed to do is confirm. How hard is that? The staffs are so much nicer and polite not like their boss. If possible there are so many other locations to shop. Please avoid this location. I don’t normally write reviews but for this particular I have to. Just be aware and don’t waste your time and money.

  Surprisingly hostile and rude manager. I don't know if the product is any good but the service is quite poor. Shop elsewhere because, unlike this place, there's many places to choose from that actually want you as their customer.
