  I was online here in Arizona to place an order for delivery in Massapequa, NY and due to the 3 hour time difference it was late in the day there I wasn't sure if it was possible to still be delivered that same day, so I found their local shop and called to ask. Zahid answered all my questions, found the product, confirmed it could be delivered in a few hours and would personally deliver it, completed my order over the phone, asked if I had a message to add...I did, warned him it was a little lengthy but he was ready and took every word! From 2600 miles away....Thank you for the 5 star Excellent Customer Service!! ps...they LOVED it!

  Frequently order from Edible Arrangements ( online) and we prefer the Massapequa Park store to do our Arrangements. Fruit and chocolate are always fresh, nicely arranged and delivered on time . Just perfect.

  This place has the absolute worst costumer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have gone here for purchasing of edible arrangements and something as simple as dropping off my Vinted packages. The workers are always hiding in the back and you have to practically yell to get someone to come up to the front. Once I waited 20 min for my edible arrangements pick up at 5 pm and I came at 459 pm and they said I was early then proceeded to make me wait till 520 pm. Additionally they close early on slow days without leaving a sign on the door or posting closing times online correctly. This establishment has seriously gone down hill and I have never had a good interaction with any of their new staff.
