  I came to purchase four designer pairs of sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut inside the Macy's in Manhasset, and I have to recognize Harris for providing some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I shop all the time, both online and in stores, and it's rare to meet someone as kind, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful as Harris. He worked efficiently while giving every detail the attention it deserved. Even though he was helping multiple customers at the same time, he never made me feel forgotten or alone for even a minute. He seamlessly juggled everyone with a smile and still gave me honest opinions on every pair, helping me handpick all four designer sunglasses. I'm a very picky shopper. I love to spend money, but only when the customer service matches the experience. If it weren't for Harris, I probably would have walked out and ordered my sunglasses online. Instead, because of people like him, I choose to shop in person. I'll definitely be coming back to this location, and I'll be recommending Harris and this Sunglass Hut to my family and friends. Thank you, Harris, for your professionalism, efficiency, patience, and outstanding service. You truly made my shopping experience exceptional. And trust me—coming from a picky shopper like me, that's one of the biggest compliments I can give. I can't wait to come back!

  Came to the store to get a Father’s Day gift for my dad who is a bit hard to shop for. Harris was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful in making the right choice.
