  Big store but customer service is horrendous. Staff is extremely rude, unpleasant and unaccommodating. If there are any issues they will compound the problem and make it worse. Definitely not the Ralph Lauren experience corporate is probably aiming for.

  I went to check out the new product today, and I was harassed by the SAs and given weird looks for bringing my kids with me. They are well-behaved. I've been an RL customer for more than 2 decades. As a fellow retail worker, I was disgusted by their behavior on the women’s side of the store. I will stick to shopping online.

  I don’t usually write reviews on clothing stores but I have to in this particular case. I went in today because I needed help with 2 gifts, I was greeted so warmly by Denzel who was able to assist. During our engagement there was another gentleman asking him for help which he assured him he would be right with him after he finished helping me. Not even a minute goes by and this man rudely asks him, “is there a better day to come back!?” He was so impatient and rude I couldn’t get over it. Denzel was so professional and calm and made sure this rude man was helped right away. I just wanted to praise Denzel for his calm professional reaction which he delivered with such grace. The retail service industry is not easy and Ralph Lauren should be proud they have sales professionals like Denzel to serve their clients. I will for sure be back to manhasset for all my Ralph Lauren needs, thank you Denzel for your kindness and help!

  Every time I walk into this location I always get bad vibes and an attitude from the people working here. I ask the girl if they had a certain size hoodie and she gave me an attitude like I asked her if she was on her period. Definitely not returning to this location.

  My family and I have been loyal customers of this Ralph Lauren location for years, which is why I am so disappointed by my recent experiences. During multiple visits, I felt like I was being watched constantly by staff members as if I were suspected of stealing. Employees followed me around the store and closely monitored my every move, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming shopping environment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I am a paying customer. In fact, I spent over $100 at this store just a few months ago, and I frequently make purchases whenever I visit. No customer should feel judged or singled out while shopping. I have always enjoyed coming to this location, but the way I have been treated recently has made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
