  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Manhasset store was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be brought to management’s attention. I have been a loyal customer of your brand for years. If I weren’t leaving for vacation soon, I would have simply ordered online as I usually do. The only reason I visited the store was to exchange two items before my trip. Instead of a quick and pleasant experience, the associate assisting me was impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional from the very beginning. I couldn’t understand why such a routine exchange was treated as though it was an inconvenience. What disappointed me even more was that I made every effort to be polite and friendly throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, that friendliness seemed to be met with an attitude of superiority rather than basic courtesy. I genuinely don’t understand why I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking for a standard exchange. Her attitude became so uncomfortable that I asked for her name. Instead of simply providing it, she looked at me and asked, “For what?” That response alone reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. The associate’s name is Pelvis. This review is not about exchanging two items. It’s about how a loyal customer was treated. A luxury shopping experience should make customers feel welcomed and valued—not like they’re bothering the staff for requesting basic service. I hope the store manager and leadership take this feedback seriously and provide additional customer service training. Employees represent your brand, and one interaction like this is enough to make loyal customers think twice about returning to the store. This experience is exactly why I decided to leave this review.

  Neda was such a pleasure to work with I had a jacket that I ruined in the wash machine and she immediately said to come in to the store and she will give me a brand new jacket I came in and she was such a pleasure
