  I was personally taken care of by Alberto Insua at this location and felt very welcomed by him. I was very nervous about going into the Rolex dealer that was also attached to and working with London Jewelers. He was warm with his welcome and took me through the models. He did not try to upsell me on models that were too expensive but he also made sure to make me feel comfortable in the fact that he did not think that money would be an issue for me. I was only 23 and I thought that the experience would be a lot more judgmental because of all the videos of people online in other dealers. However, I can say for sure that they are not true this man was the pinnacle of understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend making a special appointment with him specifically for your first watch purchase. I was able to find the specific type of model of Rolex that I was looking for that day at the London Jewelers, and I look forward to being able to buy more with Alberto again in the future if he is still there.

  From my first visit, Elizabeth took the time to get to know me, answered every question I had, and made the entire process enjoyable and educational without ever making me feel pressured. Throughout the process she was professional, communicative, and genuinely interested in helping me. When the call finally came for my watch, the experience exceeded every expectation. Elizabeth made what was already a significant milestone feel even more memorable. If you’re looking to begin your Rolex journey, I couldn’t recommend Elizabeth and the team at London Jewelers more highly. Thank you again for making my first Rolex purchase such a great experience.

  I want to sincerely thank Johanny and Evvy for providing an exceptional experience. It is rare to find a team that truly understands the heart of horology, and they made us feel incredibly welcome. During our visit, we spent time looking through the various options to add to my wishlist, and I cannot thank Johanny enough for her patience as she walked me through the variations of the model I was looking for (particularly the lovely 2 tone OP!). We also had a fantastic conversation about the legacy and history of the Rolex brand, as well as the deep connections formed between owners and the timepieces they pass down to future generations. It was a privilege to discuss this with them. The passion and depth of knowledge they shared left me in complete awe. Most importantly, they treated both me and my son with the utmost respect and attentiveness during our time there, leaving us with smiles and looking forward to growing our watch journey with the London Jeweler's Rolex team. If you are still considering which Rolex boutique to visit, please pay them a visit! Thank you Johanny and Evvy, you are amazing and both such a pleasure to work with!

From the moment I inquired about my first Rolex, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
