I recently had the pleasure of working with Angelo Giuliano at London Jewelers in Manhasset, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was in search of a Rolex Submariner Date (ref. 126613LN) — and Angelo came through.
Angelo impressed me with his depth of knowledge and expertise. He truly loves what he does and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than transactional. His warmth and professionalism made the experience a genuinely memorable purchase.
If you're serious about acquiring a Rolex and want to work with someone who knows the product inside and out and treats you with genuine care, ask for Angelo Giuliano. London Jewelers is lucky to have him.
My experience at London Jewelers at the new Rolex Boutique was phenomenal. The new store itself is beautiful as expected, but the service was amazing. It was such a contrasting experience to the multiple times I've been to other Rolex stores and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
My wife and I were introduced to Johanny and we really want to give her a shout out. She was such a breath of fresh air and we loved her bright and down to earth personality. She explained all of the watches and let us try on the ones we had interest in. On top of that, she got us some awesome coffee, water, and cookies, while we waited and talked. Ultimately, she was able to help us walk out with a watch to celebrate a huge milestone in my life. She even introduced us to the manager. It was a special moment. If you want to skip the sometimes unfortunate pretenses of buying a Rolex and want to have a genuine watch buying experience, ask for Johanny!
Hopefully, I will have more opportunities to come back and share in more milestones with my family and London Jewelers.
Thank you! -Young and JC
Had another really great experience at London Jewelers yesterday for Mother’s Day. The boutique is beautiful and really welcoming, especially the bar area. I picked up a watch for my wife that she had been wanting for a while, so it was extra special. Rachel greeted me nicely as soon as I walked in and quickly set me up with Emily. Emily was awesome. She was super kind, knew her stuff, and made everything easy and fun.
The watch looks even better in real life and my wife is already loving it. This was definitely one of the best visits I’ve had. Can’t wait to keep working with Emily and London Jewelers.
Highly recommend the store. Thanks Rachel and Emily!

I had a wonderful experience at London Jeweler's Rolex boutique working with Michael Gigante. Michael is a true watch expert and I had a great time discussing new releases and Rolex's catalog with someone so knowledgeable about the industry.
After trying on an Explorer 36, my dream watch I've had on my wishlist, I asked if that particular watch was available for purchase. After checking, Michael came back with the watch and with a "congratulations!". The whole experience was made extremely memorable by Michael and it was the perfect way to celebrate a professional milestone of mine. Michael sized the watch perfectly for me and I left with it fitting like a glove. I'll remember this special visit every time I look down at my watch.
I'd also like to acknowledge and thank the concierge, Justine, for being extremely welcoming, helping me with my appointment, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.
And thank you to Matthew Marom at the Watch Salon for helping me try on some Cartier and JLC pieces I'm also interested in while I was waiting for my appointment at the Rolex boutique!

So today I walked into Rolex Boutique Manhasset, expecting, as I normally would be- the typical luxury watch experience.
You know the drill... You don't buy a watch; you try out for it. You don't ask if there's anything in stock; you tell them about all of your wrongs and ask for their mercy in stainless steel.
I'm preparing for the usual AD speech:
"Nothing is in today, but we'd be happy to put you on our super exclusive 'Interest List.' "
(By the way for those who don’t know- the "Interest List," is a nice way of telling someone we'll keep track of who you are until we decide otherwise).
In walks Angelo. Now I'm thinking that we're going to have another round of "Relationship Building." In which I will pretend to find joy in having some mundane small talk (just) in hopes that in 18-24 months or so I may have earned enough brownie points to allow me to spend $15,000.
But No!
Angelo doesn't play games. There isn't a power struggle. And I didn't have to prove my worthiness to wear a crown. We talked. A couple of rounds. Real conversation. Not scripted AD speak- where an AD talks down at you like you’re begging for a SBA loan from them. He was on task. Working through my options. Trying to figure out something we could do today. Today. Not circle back next quarter. Not build an unrealistic purchase history. Not buy these three watches you don't want so that maybe we'll sell you the one you really want.
And somehow - I know this may sound unbelievable - but it worked.
I left with a Rolex Sea-Dweller. An actual watch. The same day. No trip necessary. Did I get the watch of my dreams? No. But, did I get something I can absolutely appreciate? You better believe it.
And then on top of that, he sent two formal requests to Corporate for the two other models I wanted/needed next. Not vague promises. Not "We'll See". Actual work. Actual email confirmations of my requirements and the request.
It's almost like... Angelo actually understands client satisfaction- which in the Rolex AD world seems almost criminal.
Listen, I'm not saying that this is how every time will go. Let's not get too excited. This industry is still run on Artificial Scarcity and Ego Management, but I wasn’t forced to act like I’m dealing with a venture capitalist- and I appreciate that.
Angelo- you’re the man. I’m hoping to see you for that Daytona and GMT very soon!
