  I called to inquire about a handbag. The store told me they had it so I reserved it. I went in person the woman handed me it saying its beautiful. I inspect it, there are scuffs all over the top of the bag. I asked if it was a display bag and she told me no it’s kept in the drawer. A high end designer store and they tried to sell me a scuffed bag from a drawer. I then told them I’d like one ordered and I needed it for a wedding on Friday (this was Wednesday after going to pick up what I thought was a new bag but it was scuffed) and they told me they can rush deliver it. I said that wont work because I work during the day and I know it will require a signature and I won’t be home to sign for it and itll get sent back for a redelivery on Friday which will be too late. They said theyd have it delivered to them and I can get it after work on Thursday night. I said i would, they said i had to purchase the bag first in order for that to happen, in which i did. This morning (Thursday) i get the tracking update stating that noone at the STORE was at the door when the tried to deliver it. I called the store and they informed me that this is normal protocol and that at 11:30am they get all scheduled deliveries off the truck. I asked them to please call me as soon as it’s in their hands. No call all day. I finally called them at around 4:30 pm for an update (in which they said theyd call and give me but didnt) and sure enough they said the bag wasnt with them which proves my point right in the AM when it was attempted yo be delivered and noone from Dior was present at the door to get the delivery. I now do not have my bag for my event and I asked to refund my money. They said they cant until the bag is delivered tomorrow to them. Completely unprofessional and unorganized especially for a high end store. First trying to sell me a scuffed bag and then not being available for a delivery in ample time. I will never do business with them again

  Dear Dior team, please pay attention to your employees’s attitude towards customers. I went to visit Dior twice this month to see new pieces that I may be interested. Unfortunately your employees (COLIN, and yes I have your WeChat because I purchased so many times) is such a big deal in this location that he kindly ask if I need to see any pieces then roll his eyes in front of me🙄！Then I exit the door turn right to LV for better customer service. BTW, you never know what languages your customer can speak so, the other Asian Girl don’t say “她只是随便乱逛” . If browsing is such an offensive action in Dior please address this in front of the door. Don’t wish you have a great business because how poor of qualities these sales are.

  The salesperson is so sweet the male Chinese tall fashionable profession person was really sweet to my mom even if she didnt speak english He was able to know what she was looking for unfortunately my moms card declined because they thought it was fraud purchase and it was taking too long for the bank to pick up so she had to leave But she is comming back to purchase the crossbody bag We felt so bad

  Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Shoes were not up to par. Communication from store staff is bad. I will not be back.
