  The website offers a next-day delivery option, but my order wasn't delivered the next day. I'm not sure why that option is even available if they can't fulfill it. Instead of taking responsibility, everyone just pointed fingers at someone else. I was actually told to cancel my order, wait three days, and then place the order again in the hope that it might ship. That's not an acceptable solution. The only reason I placed this order was for my friend's birthday. I don't even buy expensive workout clothes for myself, so this experience was especially disappointing. If I had known next-day delivery wasn't actually going to happen, I would have selected standard shipping and saved myself the hassle. Based on this experience, I don't plan to support a business that seems disorganized and unable to provide accurate information or reliable service.

  I stopped by the new Alo store in Manhasset for the grand opening, and it was such an amazing experience! The store is beautiful, and the entire team made it even better. Everyone working there was so sweet, stylish, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about making everyone feel welcome. The DJ kept the energy up the whole time, and the yogis were incredible. Everything was so well organized and created such a fun, positive atmosphere. Congratulations on the beautiful new store, I’ll definitely be back!

  Not welcoming all the workers in there seem miserable and don’t know how to greet people walking in.
