Sent over a gift, and the flowers looked nothing like the flowers that I ordered, no assortment, terrible quality, flowers look dead. Worst of all, Irena the “Manager” made it seem as though she did me a favor by sending the flowers in the Arcadian Vase when I selected such and PAID for such. Disgusting customer service and disgusting service. This place needs to shut down.
