- MSMaream ShawaliDec 15, 20245.0I visited Express at Smithhaven Mall yesterday 12/14 during the holiday season frenzy. The store was organized and had nice merchandise but the standout for me was Julio! He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure during a time when some store employees can be cranky and unpleasant. Julio first helped me when I locked myself out of the fitting room. He came in with a smile and eager to help. He even provided feedback on the dress I was trying on. He happened to be the cashier when it was time to pay and he helped me with the promotion they had and the whole time he was pleasant and made us laugh. Wonderful experience thanks to Julio !
