I expected much better customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, and several employees gave off the impression that customers were an inconveniencing them. The staff spent more time socializing than assisting anyone, and the overall atmosphere felt judgmental and unprofessional. They openly talk about their business including topics of substances such as alcohol and marijuana or their sex lives which nobody wants to hear and made everyone in the store feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the prices they offer people for their clothes compared to what they turn around and sell them for are, in my opinion, obscene. It’s also frustrating to have perfectly good clothing rejected for reasons like “quality” or “condition” while the racks are full of what appears to be low-quality brands like SHEIN. The standards seem inconsistent, and the whole buying process feels unfair. On top of ALL of this, they are now selling items like Lululemon on their instagram stories instead of putting it on the shelves and allowing everyone an opportunity to find it. If you’re not a “VIP” you basically have no chance at getting anything. There are plenty of other places to shop and sell where customers are treated with more respect and transparency. Unfortunately, this location isn’t one of them.

I have been coming here for years and have had problems here and there but when I came in today to try to sell some clothes with my boyfriend, the second we walked in we were given attitude. At the end, the lady told us that every item was children’s clothes and had signs of wear. None of the items had been worn before and absolutely none were children’s clothes. They also take stuff from Shein, a company that relies on child labor but always say they only take “name brand items” or “top quality items”. The same lady also greeted each person not of color that walked through the door, but blatantly ignored poc, myself included and gave judging looks. Would not recommend going and will not be going again.

Maybe the worst customer experience my wife and I have had. As soon as we entered the store we could overhear the high school age associates gossiping. The associate named Bri said their customers “Smell like straight onions and that’s why they use the air freshener.” We overlooked that and continued shopping uncomfortably. As she shopped an associate was aggressively slamming clothing hangers together as soon as we were done with that area. We noticed that we were non stop getting dirty looks from many associates but mainly Bri. My pregnant wife was just trying to find something she could feel comfortable in. After calling to ask for a manager I was left on the line for about 45 seconds and then the line ended. We will never be shopping at this store ever again.

The owner/manager is the only person that will greet people, she is very nice. The other employees have serious attitude problems. I brought in clothes for the first time to sell. All stacked very nicely where they could just flip through them. The stuff they didn't want they crushed up and shoved in my tote. The few items they selected, when mind you they take reebok/Walmart brand but my stuff isn't good enough. They literally offered me nothing for and then got offended that I was like no I'll keep the items for that price. Then the girl asked me multiple times when I was checking out if I still wanted to buy the stuff I had, like I couldn't afford it or something because I was looking to trade clothes in. I've been coming to this store for quite some time and now have a very sour taste in my mout about the establishment
