- LRLauren RSep 18, 20261.0I did not have a good experience at this location. I was looking for a clog type shoe which said that it was in stock online at that store. When I went up to a sales associate and asked where I could find it in the store he said “I don’t know” and just went silent. You can’t say “let me find that out for you.’ ?? When we asked other associates, they just pointed to parts of the store and walked away. Finally when I asked if someone could guide me to where they could be, one associate seemed annoyed and rolled his eyes. I said thank you anyway and he just walked away. Overall, they were all rude for no reason, and I will not go back to this location.
- KMKevin MancusoSep 12, 20261.0Horrible customer service and a return policy the management doesn't seem to know. DSW's own policy covers "unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise" within 60 days. I brought in defective Nike shoes at day 45 with my receipt — one shoe squeaks, the other doesn't. The manager refused, citing wear and a missing box, neither of which applies to a defect claim. On a separate visit I also had to go back and call out a cashier over a $40 store card that wasn't credited correctly she told me I didn’t have any money left on the gift card and never gave it back. Until I called her out on it. . Two bad experiences, one store. Still have defective shoes. Just buy on Amazon or go anywhere besides this bad location

- DPDoris “Sweet pea”Jul 22, 20264.0Lots to choose from. I do find you have to hit it right. Sometimes it seems to be endless rows of the sane style shoe.
