- AZAneeza Z.Feb 5, 20241.0This store deserves zero stars. Disrespectful employees that lack customer service skills and basic human decency. For a company that prides themselves on being “diverse and community driven” this specific location is the complete opposite.
- LPLucilla PMay 11, 20231.0Was trying to return online items in the store, had a receipt and paid with PayPal. An older man working at the store who happened to come by the cashier and was NOT directly helping me at check out made a big deal about the return. Had to wait for Lululemon customer service to be called who indeed verified I had purchased via PayPal. Had never received this treatment at other lululemon stores especially since I had receipts and proof of purchase. It was obvious the older man didn’t believe me even when I was telling the truth. A return that was supposed to take a few mins ended up taking 15 mins. No apology was made. Would recommend skipping this store.
