  First-time ALO customer — and this was a surprise birthday gift for my daughter. The store at Walt Whitman Shops shipped it to the wrong house number, then made it worse: conflicting answers, constant interruptions, and over an hour on the phone. I requested a return and a full refund — and FedEx is still notifying me the package is being delivered again. As a loyal Lululemon customer for years, this was a shocking downgrade in service. The difference is night and day.

  Had a great experience shopping at this store this weekend. Staff were wonderful and so helpful. Shout out to Gabriella and Caesar for helping me find my sizes and purchase everything I needed. Highly recommend this Alo store.
