- CHClaire HuguesMay 6, 20261.0Really disappointing first experience at this Nordstrom Rack location. I stopped in while shopping nearby because the store looked nice and newly opened. I quickly picked out a few items and headed toward the fitting rooms, only to be abruptly stopped by the manager who told us the fitting rooms were closed even though the store was still open for another 25 minutes….What made it worse was that employees, including the manager, were just standing around chatting instead of helping customers. Closing fitting rooms that early completely defeats the purpose of shopping for clothing, especially when customers are still actively browsing and the store is still open. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, and because of it I left without buying anything. Not a great way to treat potential customers at a brand new store.

I had an issue with a cashier not being able to find my online order and asked if I wanted to return it. I asked for a manager who located on the shelf where it was supposed to be. That is the reason for the 4 star review. The staff.

- JEJames EhrhardtMar 22, 20261.0This particular store has very poor customer service. I purchased two shirts from the store and the employee did not remove the security tags. When I went back to my car, I realized that one of the security tags was still on it and had to wait back in line for someone to remove it and not be apologized to. When I got back home, I realized the other shirt had the security tag on it as well. So this wasn’t just an accident, this is a matter of incompetence of the employees not removing security tags. I went back today to get it removed, I had to wait in line again and once again wasn’t even apologized for a second inconvenience. For a brand new store, they need to do a lot better, otherwise they’re gonna go out of business. I personally won’t be returning.
