  We had such a great experience with Hailey! She was incredibly friendly, bubbly, patient, and understanding, and she really knew her stuff. She made the whole uniform process easy and pleasant. What stood out most was how comfortable my 4-year-old felt with her. By the time we were leaving, she wanted to give Hailey a hug and a kiss, which she definitely does not do with just anyone! That alone says so much about the kind and welcoming personality Hailey has. Thank you, Hailey, for such wonderful service!

  Tonight I was purchasing school uniforms at the Flynn and O'Hara Atlas Park Mall, Glendale location. It was such a wonderful experience due to the excellent customer service I received. From entering the store and being greeted by the person who prints up the information for your school, to the associate who helped with items and sizing. We arrived at the store ten minutes before closing and at no time did we feel rushed or pressure due to time restraints. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating Delaney was throughout our purchase. I was honestly shocked at how attentive and polite she was. Delaney is such an asset to your store and I will spread the word of how wonderful our experience was.

  Going to Flynn O’Hara is never easy but the people that work there make it a pleasant visit. Patricia is always there with a smile to greet families and answer questions and concerns. Very kind and attentive but what I love the most is that she remembers her customers! Our personal assistant for the uniforms was Natalie B. She was very attentive and friendly! So was another associate who got my mom a chair due to her not being able to stand for a long period of time. Again kind, efficient and friendly.

  I went to purchase my children’s school uniforms today, and unfortunately, my experience with the security staff was extremely unpleasant. While I was waiting in a very long line, I took out a canned bubble tea because it was extremely hot. I understand that drinks may not be allowed inside the store, and I would have had no problem putting it away if I had simply been asked to do so. Instead, a short, thin security guard with dark skin approached me and, without politely explaining the store’s policy, aggressively said, “Hey, you. Get out. Get out. No drinks here.” His tone was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I immediately put my drink away and was honestly ready to leave, but I needed to purchase my children’s school uniforms, so I stayed and completed my purchase. I completely understand enforcing store policies, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. I did not appreciate being spoken to as if I were causing trouble or being treated as though I had intentionally violated a rule. A simple “Ma’am, we don’t allow drinks inside. Please put it away” would have been enough. The way this employee handled the situation was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope management addresses this employee’s behavior and reminds security staff that enforcing rules does not give them the right to speak to customers in an aggressive or disrespectful manner.

  Great customer service, staff is very friendly and informative. The manager was very relaxed and easy going. He looks like a guy who cares about his staff, and his workers look like they enjoy what they do (even if they don’t) lol. Only downside to this place is the long wait line, which went by pretty fast. Owen was very helpful and patient, I would definitely recommend speaking with him. Very knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing. Kayla rung me up, she was very sweet and made the check out process quick. I love how she read back my order and also informed me about my delivery time. Thanks Flynn’Ohara staff, yall are awesome 👏🏾 I wish each and everyone one of you a successful life.
