  We have been coming to the FlynnO’Hara Uniforms location at Atlas Park Mall every year to purchase my daughter’s school uniforms. The store is very large and, during the summer, usually seems to have plenty of staff available. Unfortunately, our experience this fall was very different. We waited for more than an hour and a half just to be assisted. There appeared to be very little staff available, and no one came out to acknowledge the customers waiting, explain the delay, or even let us know how long the wait might be. We were simply left standing there waiting for someone to assist us. Once we were finally helped, the young sales associate who assisted my daughter was very polite and helpful. She helped us find the uniforms, choose the correct sizes, and made sure my daughter could try everything on. We appreciated her assistance. However, the experience at checkout was disappointing. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. I politely asked whether there was an additional fee for paying by credit card, and she did not respond. I had to ask the question again before receiving an answer. Her overall attitude toward us as customers felt unnecessarily unpleasant and unwelcoming. For such a large store, and especially for families who return year after year to purchase required school uniforms, I believe the customer service and staffing should be much better. A long wait is already frustrating, but a simple acknowledgment of the delay and courteous treatment at checkout would have made a significant difference.

  Had a great experience being helped by Madison. She was pleasant, helpful and made the process easy for me to find my daughter’s perfect size. The cashier was also very good at providing delivery expectations for the items not available in store. I received my package promptly. The uniform quality is great, I definitely recommend!

  Our experience at Flynn O’Hara in Glendale was overall okay. The wait was long and a little crazy, but honestly, that’s what happens when you wait until the very last minute! 😂 We went on Tuesday, September 8, with the first day of school being September 9, so we definitely weren’t the only ones trying to get uniforms at the last minute, lol. What really made our experience a positive one was Bella N. She came over to greet us with such a warm and welcoming attitude and immediately offered to help. I had both of my granddaughters with me, and Bella was incredibly patient and took her time helping us find everything we needed. She made sure we didn’t leave without having everything for the girls’ uniforms and never made us feel rushed, even with the store being so busy. Her kindness, patience, and customer service really stood out.
