  Absolutely unprofessional. I placed an in store order for pick up at around 11 am today. The money was deducted from my bank account, and I got a confirmation email that my order was received and that pick up was scheduled for 1:30p. The store hours said they were open until 3 today, Sunday. I arrived at the store at around 1:45p today and there was absolutely no one at the store. No sign on the door. So they took my money but apparently never made the order. The store shutters were not down, so I’m not sure if someone just went MIA and left their post or what the case is, but that’s really unprofessional. It was a last minute gift and I would have showed up empty handed had it not been for the Edible Arrangement in Fresh Meadows, who was able to save me by recreating the order- which I obviously also had to pay for. Very very inconvenient and unprofessional. The customer service department will also be receiving this complaint. Go to another location and save yourself the headache.

  Made an order on the 27th of April… it’s the 28th and the store is CLOSED??? They’re apparently open everyday according to this Google page and their website but I made an order yesterday to pick up today at 9:30AM only to find the doors locked. I called the store later on as well as customer service to no avail! How could a website and a company allow a customer to make an order, place the order, and try to pick up an order to a store that’s closed but apparently is open according to Google, their website, and customer service lines. I needed this arrangement for a sick friend in the hospital before going into surgery and now she can’t even have that… I feel horrible and need some type of compensation! I want my money back or the arrangement but apparently you have to make a request for either or! Horrible service on behalf of Edible Arrangements.

  My experience today at the Edible Arrangements was excellent. The lady that helped me her name is Olga. Her personality is everything you want to experience walking in to a store. She was very helpful, answered all the questions I had and even her workers were excellent and very nice to me. I really recommend if you're gonna come to a edible arrangements please choose this store in Glen oaks, it was everything that customer service defines.
