- LLLesley Lee3 days ago5.0I had such a great experience with the store manager, Kevin. I had a complicated exchange situation because a LEGO purchase I made a few months ago was never properly linked to my Insiders account at the time of purchase. Even though I had the credit card transaction as proof, there was no purchase record showing in my LEGO account, which made the exchange process much more difficult. Kevin took the time to understand the entire situation and went above and beyond to help us. The set was brand new and unopened, and rather than making us go through a lengthy process with Customer Service and come back to the store a second time, he helped us resolve the exchange during our visit. He was incredibly understanding, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kevin is honestly one of the best store managers I’ve ever encountered, and I truly appreciate how much easier he made a frustrating situation for us. Exceptional customer service — thank you so much, Kevin!
