  I had an amazing experience servicing my watch from Omega at Roosevelt Field mall. The servicing took about 3 months, but it was definitely worth the wait. Representative Vanessa was very helpful and informative. She kept me updated with email and phone calls. Provided me with transparent repair estimates. They returned all my used parts that were replaced. Even gave a travel box for the watch. I would highly recommend these guys.

  Trevor at this Omega store branch was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive, informative, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire experience. My fiancé was the one interested in the men’s watches, and Trevor took the time to answer every question and really help guide us without ever making us feel pressured. Such a kind and professional person, and he made the whole experience feel special and enjoyable. Thank you again Trevor!

  My experience at this Omega boutique was fantastic!! I highly recommend anyone in the market or just loves watches to stop here and browse the gorgeous timepieces. I had the pleasure of working with Trevor and Ramone, both of these gentlemen were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will absolutely return in the future for more purchases.
