  Went in today. First time in here due to a workout top fitting small. I understood that there was probably a 30 days return window and I was beyond that. Unfortunately I couldn’t get to the store bc it involves traveling to a mall and I am a mom with kids with activities with a high level job… yadda yadda. Anyway, I wanted an exchange for a larger size, maybe not the same.. anything that fit better. Well was told no. There it goes… now I won’t shop there again. Now if she would have honored the exchange and maybe seemed a little less judgy, I would have now gotten something that fits and I like and possibly would return… right? Bc customers return to places they have good experience with or places they find things they like… simple marketing strategy. Missed opp here do reel in a new customer and possibly other bc now I won’t recommend either lol! whoops! And oh yah she made me feel very uncomfortable.. she seemed very judgy. I can’t see this store lasting long if it continues this way.
