Phil and Aimee greeted us right away and went above and beyond to help me find a replacement since the exact ones that came with my glasses wouldn’t arrive in time. They were patient and knowledgeable with the product. The store itself has a great selection but the staff make the experience better!

He has innate skills for customer service, and always displays an incredible amount of patience and professionalism towards customers. I witnessed how a rude entitled customer tried to intimidate him while talking to him in a patronizing, agressive and condescending way, yet Phil was always professional, kept his cool and helped the entitled customer despite the arrogant and agressive behavior displayed. I would recommend corporate bans the customer from all stores and recognizes the great labor of Phil. (Amy and the other lady at the store are phenomenal too!)
