  I love the brand Oakley. I am in the army and also a first responder as an EMT for the fire dept of New York. I have a lot of Oakley gear from boots, gloves and protective eyewear that helps me with day to day use. However my in-store experience was not the best. The sales associate “Phillip” at the Roosevelt field mall location left me with an extremely bad taste in my mouth. The first time I visited the store, just browsing he came up to my friend and I extremely aggressive with his sales tactics to the point where it just turned me off from buying anything. Then when asked questions about customization of the glasses in-store his response was very sarcastic and snarky responding back “didn’t I just say that” he kept calling me “bro” and cursing in his sentences. Idk if that was him trying to relate to me because I’m a young guy, but it wasn’t working. I came in today to Actually purchase the meta glasses and it was the same thing. Very sarcastic remarks, not understanding my questions, catching an attitude when I noticed he sneakily added the protective plan. And on top of that when I tried to pay he said he couldn’t exchange my big bills for change because the store just opened and had me go get change from the food court across the street. Wouldn’t go back to that store again, rather just order online next time.
