- CCCharleeAug 25, 20265.0Love Nordstrom! Large variety of luxury products without a snobby environment. Go on a weekday morning if you can, it's less busy. There is ample seating throughout the store. The elevators/escalator usually is in working order when I've been here. I can walk fine, but I have a bad knee that loves to unexpectedly buckle when using stairs, so I appreciate that. Erika assisted me at the fragrance section. Picked up Chanel Gabrielle L'eau and a lotion. She put it in a nice Chanel box for me. Zaima at Shiseido was very knowledgeable about the brand and went in the back to find me a nice bag with miniature products to go with my skincare set. They don't have as much variety as Edgewater, but still nice. Ratna who does fittings is awesome and very personable. She successfully guessed my bra size just by looking at me, which was honestly kind of cool, and she found me some nice Elomi ones, which is a trusted brand for those of us with "difficult" sizes. I wanted to email the manager Jessica about these wonderful associates, but it keeps bouncing back, so hopefully she will see my review. ☺️
- OFOmar FarukAug 16, 20261.0No customer service. An item shipped to the store a month ago, but I never received a "pick up ready" email. When I called, they heard everything then hung up. I called back and was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Legend has it I'm still waiting for the email. Update: I tried calling the store again for three days straight. Someone picked up, put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then just never came back. Emailed the seller no reply yet over a week.
