The line was long, there were only two cashiers, then after the complaining another one jumped on, they were slow as camels, I’ve never seen a retail store as slow as this before and that says a lot, I just happened to be in the area for a doctors appointment, never again.

The music was sooo loud and horrific at the Old Country Road location! Obnoxious and totally stopped me from shopping. Awful awful awful. Then when I was waiting online only 3 cashiers… what is wrong?????

The one star is for the black lady who helped me or else it would have been a negative. I came in to pick up my order was greeted by this very professional lady I’m so upset I didn’t get her name I asked where so I go for a pick up order she immediately said right over here I went to the line which had only myself and another lady which she ended up helping. There was a female worker there with orange hair who blatantly ignored me and continued packing up the rack from behind the counter. As I waiting on the line I started looking at the items that was on the racks on the line another lady came on line and the girl with the orange hair immediately greeted her and helped ring her up I then walked to the entrance of the line again no one else was on line and waited she then went back to doing what she was doing the black lady was tied up with her customer. Eventually a tall young man walked over to the cashier area looked at me our eye met and he walked away then finally walked to the register looked at me and nodded his head I then looked and said are you open or free he looked at me as if I was asking a stupid question but who calls a customer over with a headnod never in my life have I ever seen that in customer service. I then walked over to him and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you were talking to me, you gave me a head nod that wasn’t a response to say you’re open or not. He then said oh how can I help you? I said I’m here for a pick up. He walked away to get the scanner to I guess put my information in to do the pick up never ask my name never asked for order number nothing I then took my phone out started looking at my phone to find the order number while looking at my phone to find the order number I was still on the phone with my friend and I was telling her about the horrible first impression I had with him. He looked at me and said what ?I said excuse me, I’m on the phone. I’m not talking to you I am talking about you, but I’m not talking to you. He then walked away went over to his other two coworkers, the black lady and the girl with the orange hair and said I’m not helping her. The girl with the orange hair looked at me. I looked at her and the lady eventually came over the black lady and I said how rude and I told her about the experience she then apologized and asked me for my name. I gave it to her. She walked away and got my package in 2.5 seconds while walking out the store I said to the guy you really need to fix your attitude? the girl with the orange hair, then responded and said who are you talking too? I turned to her and said did you have any interaction with me? She goes no I said OK then obviously I’m not speaking to you and I continued to walk away while walking away, she yelled said good night and I said no I hope you have a better night and I left.
I rarely ever write reviews, but this was by far one of the worst interaction that I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s because I am black or what but I felt very insulted, disrespected and ignored. I spend my money. I didn’t go there asking for handout all you had to do is give me my order. I don’t understand if people don’t realize if customers don’t buy you don’t get paid. I will not be returning to that location ever again. I am just disappointed that I didn’t get that lady who helped me name because she deserves to be recognized for her professionalism.
