  Love this location and the staff - everyone is so friendly and professional and Michael always keeps me up to date on events and new arrivals and gives me a fun experience while shopping. If you ever have the chance to work with Michael and/or get art done on a purse by Ben when he’s in town, consider yourself lucky!!!

  One of the best stores in Roosevelt field mall. Katrina and Ben are amazing. Ben did an amazing job and took his time painting my bird, Lady, on my new bag. Katrina is one of the most kindest store associates me and my family have met. Both people are super patient and show excellent customer service. Thank you!!

  Katrina is so sweet she helped my friend and I with our bags even went to the back to get us new ones to get our dogs painted on ♥️ I love the customer service she provides my dog passed away and she gave me ideas like having a halo painted on I love my new bag

  My experience here was terrible I was looking for a tote bag last week as a gift and a girl approached me asking me if I needed help and I told her I was looking for a tote bag for a friend and she proceeded to show me the leather and that’s when I told her I had a budget. Her mood and the way she talked to me shifted and made me feel as if I was no good to shop here as she showed me the canvas totes and walked away from me. I immediately took my business elsewhere and bought the bag at Bloomingdale’s. I didn’t get her name but she had jet black hair and looked Asian.
