  They have a bag on display and I want to buy it bit they won’t even let me see it for a second!!! Designer brands take an entire outfit out of the window for you to try even if you are just curious. What makes this mid tier high street brand so obnoxious and arrogant!!! I added the photo so you can see that mess at the back was not to be disturbed by the cream bag on top being removed!!! What worse when paying out I realized the woman who refused the bag was pretending to be the manager!!! And finally, the top I was purchasing had a stain on it, since it was white, I asked if they have another, she brought back one and ring me up. 39 mins later I’m home and it’s the WRONG SIZE!!!! Here is a suggestion….shut that location down if you can’t run it!!!!!

  Kiana in the fitting room was amazing! Super sweet and helpful with getting me a bunch of stuff in Candy Cloud, my new favorite color. I can’t wait for my next run in my new running vest.

  I’m honestly really saddened that I even have to write this. I went into this store excited to treat myself to a pair of pants I’d been considering, and instead I left feeling uncomfortable, singled out, and unwelcome. I had been browsing quietly for about 10 minutes, just looking through sizes, when an associate suddenly approached me and asked if I needed help. I said no. She asked again. What made it hurt was that I hadn’t seen anyone else in the store be greeted or approached the entire time we were there — just me. As a Black woman, it’s hard not to notice when that happens, and it made me feel like I was being watched rather than helped. Shopping should feel enjoyable and safe, not tense or isolating. I ended up putting the pants back and walking out because the experience completely changed how I felt in that space. I’m sharing this not to attack anyone, but because I genuinely hope this location reflects on how customers are approached. No one should leave a store feeling the way I did.
