  Extremely Disappointing Experience — Do Not Pay for Expedited Shipping I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my items. I specifically paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting my order to be prioritized and delivered within the promised timeframe. That clearly has not happened. What is even more unacceptable is the complete lack of consistency from customer service. Every time I contact them, I am given a different estimated delivery date. During my most recent conversation, I was told that I may have to wait ANOTHER THREE WEEKS before receiving my order. That means potentially waiting nearly two months for items I paid to have expedited. This is not acceptable customer service. If a company cannot fulfill an order within the timeframe promised—or cannot honor expedited shipping—then customers should not be charged an additional fee for a service they are not actually receiving. These are school uniforms, not an optional purchase. Parents need to be able to rely on a company to deliver essential school items in a reasonable timeframe, especially when they are paying additional money to have them expedited. At this point, I will be contacting the school directly and strongly recommending that they remove this company from the list of approved uniform providers. I would hate for other parents to experience the same frustration, wasted time, and lack of accountability that I have experienced. A month-long delay is unacceptable. Paying for expedited shipping and then being told to potentially wait another three weeks is even worse. Customers deserve accurate information, accountability, and a company that stands behind the services they charge for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage other parents to think twice before ordering from them.

  Shop online often, more of a selection online, store returns easy. Friendly staff, has a good variety, clean, neat. Highly recommend the brand.

  I went in looking for a bag strap and the girl working looked at me like I was talking a different language and didn’t help me at all or even attempted to help, very disappointing and left as fast as I could
