  This mall, where i work and i do love intimissi. I buy all the time i am really good customer. I went to store in my lunch break with my friend who also buy intimissi. There was a promotion online buy 5 underwear 35$. We asked nicely if you honor it( normally they do. I work in retail if any competitor store any promotions and client ask we do honor it. If we don’t we offer something else or POLITELY explain. I dont know her name( she had a very dark skin and was not wearing name tag) she said “ NOT IN STORE ONLY ONLINE. Never ever shop here anymore even they offer promotions. Certain people definitely not work in retail.

  The most awful customer service. Iris the manager is absolutely horrible. Stay away from this store unless you want to get scammed. Everyone in that store has no idea what is going on it’s an embarrassment. I have the store two tries and both times worse than the other. I will never go back. Should seriously consider new management.
