What meant the most was Krysi remembering the timepiece I had been hoping for and calling as soon as it became available. She always takes the time to speak with us, ask about our family, and truly get to know us. That kind of attention and thoughtfulness is rare, and it made the moment feel incredibly personal. Krysi, together with the owners Brad and Matt, made it happen in such a thoughtful way. The watch itself is absolutely beautiful, and the entire team made me feel like a VIP—valued, welcomed, and truly appreciated. The boutique is beautiful, with an amazing selection of incredible jewelry and timepieces. You can feel the pride they take in what they do, which makes the experience even more special. I truly value relationships and appreciate when people take the time to make an experience feel meaningful. H.L. Gross & Bro. does exactly that.   We’ve loved our experience at HL Gross! My fiancé found my engagement ring here-Cory was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. When it came time to shop for our wedding bands, we immediately knew where to go. Our SA Tara(?) was so welcoming and attentive, helping us find styles that perfectly matched our preferences. They even offered to clean my engagement ring while we browsed-so thoughtful! Most recently, we came back to purchase a Rolex and our SA was amazing. The entire process was seamless, we felt informed and taken care. My fiancé was able to receive all the configurations he wanted and ultimately got his perfect watch. We’ve never been to a jewelry store where every SA has been consistently professional and genuinely pleasant to work with. We will absolutely continue coming back for future purchases and always recommend HL Gross to others!
