  Siento mucho no poder dar una estrella en CERO porque llevo casi un año reclamado un par de medias que me hicieron pagar para pedirlas on line y nadie sabe dónde están, cada vez que voy me piden nuevas pruebas como Statements, los llevo y luego piden mas. Es una irresponsabilidad y falta de respeto con el cliente, Pereira’s que quieren robar a los clientes ingenuous. CUIDADO, !!! Está empresita no tiene quien la represente , es una falta de consideración , a la chica que me atendió no le toman en cuenta lo que diga

  İngilizcesi: The way she approached customers was disrespectful and unprofessional. What was especially frustrating was that she assisted a customer who arrived later while making the customer who had arrived first wait. Her dismissive facial expressions and the way she spoke were also very unpleasant. The rude attitude of the dark-skinned and skinny employee does not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from this brand.

  I bought a swimsuit as a gift for a friend. My friend went to return it but they kept the swimsuit they gave her a giftcar but when she went to buy there was no balance on the card, Rosa of manager did not give any solution she said she did not have time to check cameras and they did not return our money. In conclusion, they stole my money and no one solves it.

  if I was allowed to give 0 stars I would because I had gone into this store this afternoon and I asked the two ladies if they had push up bathing suits and they both starting bursting out laughing at each other like it was funny that I asked that. They both were like “no why would we have that?” and then kept laughing the entire time and made me feel really uncomfortable and disrespected. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I’m still in shock.
